Antique French Brooch made with an Enameled Silver 5 Franc coin dating from 1875 & designed by Augustin Dupre. Coin front reads “Liberte Ecalite Fraternite” (Liberty Equality Fraternity) and around the edge “DIEU PROTEGE LA FRANCE” (God Protect the France).  Brooch is in worn scratched tarnished condition, measures 1-7/16” diameter, and weighs 23 grams.  Please see all images for more details.
